You will learn to make different kinds of coffee and serve it your fellow students.
Choir
Singing is a central topic in the folk high school. You will learn to sing a capella and together with piano.
Film/movie - understanding what you see
We watch some new and some classic movies and discuss sound, picture, editing, screenplay, acting, music, story, characters and more.
Guitar
Learning to play cords on guitar. Groups for beginners and advanced players. You need to have your own guitar. Learn to play different rhythms, fingering, fills etc.
Gym - ball ganes
Playing soccer, basketball, bandy, rugby, volleyball.
Jazz history
An introduction to the development and history of the jazz music.
Literature
Analyzing and discussing classic and new literature, meeting authors, going to the theater?
Norwegian language practice
International students get help from Norwegian students with the Norwegian language.
Pilates
Pilates is a form of physical training with stability and body control as a target. Pilates is a type of strength training, but it's not about "pumping" up the muscles to be as large as possible. It's all about building op the inner support muscles from scratch, so that the body can be worn correctly.

An introduction to psychology an sociology with a base in different phases of life
Russian language
An introduction to the Russian language. Learning the alphabet, basic sentences, and a little insight to Russian culture and history.

Basic dance classes in Cuban salsa dancing

You will learn how to plan and organize travels. You will also learn about destinations and cultures
Volleyball
Playing volleyball and learning more about the game. The class will probably participate in a tournament againt another folk high schools.
Web design
Learn how to make your own webpages. We will walk througt HTML - the basis in all web production. You will learn about CSS - Cascading Style Sheet, a usefull tool for controlling layout, and about JavaScript for simple programming. You will also learn to manage pictures and animations for web.
Yearbook
Participate in making the yearbook of the schoolyear.
